When possible we request all researchers planning to use the library to make an appointment in advance. Please call our librarians at 631-1231 to 38 local 228. The library is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Visitors are requested to register at the reception desk and deposit all bags with the guard. Only pencils and papers for notes are allowed in the research study room. Please set your phone on silent mode. Foods and drinks are not permitted in the study area. The rare book room and library stacks are off limits to visitors. The librarian will assist you with your requests for material.
Conservation of the collection is of the highest importance to the library. We request visitors to refrain from marking, folding or otherwise damaging the books and documents in any way. Please follow the librarian’s instructions for proper handling and ask for assistance if you wish to have something copied. No material should leave the research study area for any reason.
