The pre-war, Japanese-owned Balintawak Beer Brewery (BBB) is located in Polo, Bulacan (which is now Valenzuela City). It is now operated by San Miguel Brewery. The BBB had been closed after the war and seized by the Americans being enemy alien property and was bought by San Miguel Corporation in 1953 in an auction.
