U.S.A.T. Sheridan lies at anchor in Manila Bay to unload troops of the 13th Cavalry on April 27, 1903. Built in 1892 for the Atlantic Transport line as S.S. Massachusetts, acquired by the Army in 1898 and converted into Army transport from Francisco through Hawaii and onto Manila.
